We want you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you need to return a product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will help you through the process of returning your item. All refunds must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once your returned item arrives back to us in good un-used condition we will issue you a full refund. We are not responsible for any damage or lost packages when you return the order so we recommend that you use an insured and trackable delivery service.
Damage: If an item arrives damaged please send a photo of the damage to email@example.com. If the item is in stock we will immediately send out a replacement.
Policies: Please note that due to the personal nature of beauty items we are unable to refund money for a beauty product if it has been opened. Sale items are all final sale and cannot be returned.
